lyrics

Heroes in the sky
Did you ever conquer kings when you were 5?
Did you ever think that Barbie’d be your wife?
Did you ever feel as strong as SUPERMAN?
To have it all crash down in nerverland

We all sing...
Why? Am I so ready to kill cause I want more
Heroes in the sky is what I’ll be cause I know what I am
And I’ll just ramble forth like I’m in Japan
And I don’t want to look, I know what I’m worth
Cause I, am a hero in the sky

Did you ever think you’d make 5 bucks an hour?
Your boss breath upon you is so sour
Did you ever think you’d end up quite like this?
You hurt so bad you just can’t get a grip

We all sing...
Why? Am I so ready to kill cause I want more
Heroes in the sky is what I’ll be cause I know what I am
And I’ll just ramble forth like I’m in Japan
And I don’t want to look, I know what I’m worth
Cause I, am a hero in the sky
